About the CCA

OPdance is a dynamic and vibrant Modern Dance CCA with more than 70 members, offering a platform for students to explore and express their creativity through dance. With a strong emphasis on urban dance styles, members are equipped with foundational techniques while also encouraged to communicate emotions and stories confidently on stage.

The group has built a strong track record of excellence, performing consistently well at the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF), with an outstanding achievement in 2025 where they attained a Certificate of Distinction. OPdance also shone by emerging as 2nd runner-up in the highly coveted Super 24 dance competition in 2025.

Through regular Wednesday and Friday training sessions, members learn engaging choreographies and undergo physical conditioning that strengthens both body and mind. OPdance provides opportunities for members to develop not only as performers, but also leaders and choreographers. Members are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, be open to new experiences and seize opportunities to showcase their talents on various platforms.
