Our OPSS alumna has once again been awarded the prestigious Ngee Ann Kongsi Talent Scholarship.
Liang Shixuan Isabelle of E7, Class of 2024, has once again been awarded the prestigious Ngee Ann Kongsi Talent Scholarship. Isabelle is currently pursuing a Diploma in Fine Art at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA).
