About the Department
The mission of the Student Management Department is “Discipline with Care”, and our motto comprises the following 5 Rs:

The Student Management Team subscribes to a values-based approach in discipline where the focus is on building quality relationships and allowing Orchidians to reflect and claim ownership of their behaviour. Together with the emphasis on 4As (Attendance, Attentiveness, Appearance, Assignment), we aim to foster a positive school tone that will enable the holistic development of all students in both academic as well as co-curricular pursuits.
